This is Yufudake (由布岳) Toyonohoshi, a Honkaku Mugi Shochu (authentic barley shochu) from Ono Shuzo in Oita Prefecture, Japan.

• Richer body with a long finish due to atmospheric distillation.

• With chilled water (mizuwari).
• With hot water (oyuwari), which brings out the roasted barley aromas.
