Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY POLICY
The delivery is free in Singapore above $300, Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm, excluding Weekends and Public Holidays.
For self-collection, we would need to transfer your items to one of our restaurants lesbouchons.sg as per scheduled below:
Tuesday: Les Bouchons, 7 Ann Siang Rd.
Wednesday: Les Bouchons, 60 Robertson Quay.
Thursday: Les Bouchons, 10 Rochester Park.
Self collection during opening hours after that.
We will endeavour to deliver your wines as soon as you have placed your order, however, as we are storing most of bonded wines in the best condition possible with our logistics partner, hence, it may take some time for bonded wines before they can reach you.
For all urgent delivery or self-collection requests, please do email us at orders@enjoymowine.com before placing your order and we will try our best to make the necessary arrangements for you.
Expected timeline for all standard deliveries:
Business Day 1: Order is placed.
Business Day 1-2: Order is confirmed and we will be reaching out via email or phone to inform you about the estimated delivery date and time.
Business Day 1 to 3: You should expect to receive your wines between 1 to 3 working days. Delivery timings are usually between 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
If there are any unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to reach you by phone or email for an update, hence, please do make sure that your contact details are accurate when placing an order.
For the avoidance of any doubt, working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, PH eve and PH.

RETURNS POLICY
All goods sold are non-refundable and exchangeable. However, please do contact us immediately or latest within 24 hours should there be any issues with the goods that you have received and we may at our discretion offer an exchange or replacement of the wine with a similar value.
SALES POLICY
No person under the age of 18 will be permitted to purchase wine from www.enjoymowine.com
By proceeding with any order, you acknowledge that you are above the age of 18 on or after the date when the order is placed.
Alcohol sales are restricted to customers in Singapore only.
