Rinquinquin A La Peche Aperitif (Peach)

Rinquinquin is a traditional Provençal aperitif, made by macerating ripe peach blossoms and leaves in white wine — a regional speciality that's stayed largely under the radar outside southern France, despite its long local history.

The result is delicate and floral, with genuine peach character rather than artificial sweetness, and a light enough body to make it a refreshing pre-dinner pour rather than a heavy one.

Best served chilled, simply over ice, or topped with a splash of sparkling water for a lighter spritz.
