Founded in 1724 by a 29-year-old winegrower named Rémy Martin, this house has built its entire identity around one principle: using only eaux-de-vie from Grande and Petite Champagne, cognac's two finest, chalkiest terroirs — a designation called Fine Champagne that only Rémy Martin produces at scale.
That commitment shows in the glass: a smooth, fruity, and distinctly floral profile, the product of slow-ageing eaux-de-vie with genuine depth-building potential thanks to the chalky soil they're grown in.
