Pergolo is produced by Mionetto, a winery founded in 1887 by Francesco Mionetto in Valdobbiadene, at the heart of the Prosecco-producing region just north of Venice — over a century of family winemaking experience behind every bottle.

Made entirely from Glera grapes using the tank method traditional to Prosecco, it delivers a pale straw colour with delicate aromas of acacia and wisteria, a clean, harmonious palate, and the light, easy-drinking character that's made Prosecco one of the world's most popular aperitif wines.

An easy, versatile sparkling wine — lovely on its own as an aperitif, or alongside light appetizers and seafood.
