Pasqua has been making wine in Verona since 1925, and its Passione Sentimento line draws directly on the city's most famous story: Romeo and Juliet. The label features a photograph of the real wall at Juliet's house on Verona's Via Cappello, where visitors leave thousands of love notes each year.

Made using appassimento — the traditional technique of partially drying grapes before fermentation to concentrate sugar and flavour — this blend of Merlot, Corvina, and Croatina delivers a rich, velvety character with ripe red fruit, sweet spice, and a soft, rounded finish.

A romantic, easy-drinking red — lovely with roasted meats or simply shared over a quiet dinner.
