Old Sport Gin comes from the Callicounis Distillery in Kalamata, on Greece's Peloponnese peninsula — a region better known for olive oil than gin, which makes this a genuinely distinctive bottle. The "1850" on the label marks the distillery's founding, predating the modern craft gin movement by well over a century.
Distilled with classic juniper-forward botanicals against a backdrop of Mediterranean herbs, it offers a different regional take on London Dry style — a glimpse into Greece's lesser-known distilling heritage.
