Moet & Chandon, Champagne Rosé Imperial

Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial is a Brut champagne distinguished by its vibrant pink color with amber highlights and a profile centered on red fruits. 

The blend typically consists of 50% Pinot Noir (including 10% red wine for color), 40% Pinot Meunier, and 10% Chardonnay, with 25% reserve wines added for consistency. This assemblage creates a bouquet of wild strawberry, raspberry, and cherry, accompanied by floral nuances of rose and a subtle hint of pepper or menthol on the finish. The palate is juicy and fleshy, balancing the intensity of berries with the freshness of peach. 

Rosé Impérial should be served chilled (around 8–10°C) in a flute or tulip glass to preserve its bubbles and aromas. Its acidity and fruitiness make it a versatile food pairing option, complementing:
