Martini & Rossi L'Aperitivo Bianco

From the same Turin house founded in 1863, Martini Bianco was launched in 1910 as a lighter, more aromatic alternative to the brand's original sweet vermouth. It quickly earned the nickname "the whitest" for its pale colour and became a fashionable accessory in the high society of its era.

Built on a base of white wine infused with over 40 herbs, spices, and botanicals, it delivers gentle sweetness with vanilla and floral notes, softer and more approachable than the brand's classic Rosso.

A lovely aperitif on its own over ice, or a key ingredient in a White Negroni.
