Mancino Vermouth Chinato

Giancarlo Mancino, one of the world's best-known bartenders, launched his artisanal vermouth range at Bar Convent Berlin in 2012 to immediate acclaim — built around a selection of roughly forty herbs and spices sourced from Italy, England, Vietnam, and India, all ground in a historic Piedmont mill.

Chinato blends three of Mancino's signature vermouths — Secco, Bianco, and Rosso — over a Barbera d'Asti wine base, with the addition of cinchona bark (china) for a rich, deep bitterness layered over dark chocolate, mocha, and red berry notes.

A genuinely complex sipping vermouth — serve chilled or at room temperature as a digestivo, or use it to add real depth to a Negroni variation.
