The eau-de-vie blended in this cognac, is the result of a double distillation and has aged between 15 and 20 years in oak barrels. Bright mahogany color, this Cognac is still powerful in the mouth but with marked aging, and scents that begin to evolve into candied fruits. This Cognac Napoleon, characterized by its elegance, is best enjoyed as a digestive.

According to the legend, Napoleon brought with him cognac crates from Courvoisier when he was exiled from France on his way to Saint Helene island. Napoleon’s crew decided to rename the cognac “Napoleon’s cognac”. Two centuries later, cognac lovers continue to enjoy this unique eau-de-vie.
