Forty Spotted takes its unusual name from one of Australia's rarest birds, the forty-spotted pardalote, found only in southeastern Tasmania — a fitting namesake for a gin built entirely around the island's distinctive local botanicals. It's produced by Lark Distillery, already well-regarded for its Tasmanian single malt whisky.

Built in a classic London Dry style with juniper, coriander, and lemon peel, the gin's signature touch is Tasmanian mountain pepper berry — a native spice that adds genuine warmth and spice without overwhelming the rest of the botanical mix.
