Chandon Garden Spritz was the brainchild of Ana Paula Bartolucci, Chandon Argentina's first female winemaker in sixty years, who set out to recreate her grandmother's homemade "orangecello" recipe in sparkling form. It took her four years and 64 attempts to land on the final blend — partly inspired by Argentina's deep-rooted love of bitter flavours like Fernet and yerba maté.
Built on a base of Chandon's traditional sparkling wine from Mendoza, infused with a house-made orange bitters crafted from sustainably grown Valencia oranges and a secret blend of herbs and spices, it delivers a ready-to-pour spritz with genuine depth — far more than a simple wine-and-bitters mix.
Best served generously over ice with a slice of dried orange and a sprig of rosemary, exactly as the winemaking team intended.
