Champagne Gremillet Blanc De Noirs Brut

From the same family-run Aube house that Jean-Michel Gremillet built from less than a hectare of inherited vines in 1978, this Blanc de Noirs leans into the region's Pinot Noir strength — the grape dominates over 90% of the Côte des Bar's plantings, thriving in limestone-clay soils that share their geology with neighbouring Burgundy.

Made from dark-skinned grapes pressed to extract a pale, structured wine, it delivers real body and depth, with red fruit character and a rounder mouthfeel than the brand's lighter Blanc de Blancs.

A satisfying, full-bodied champagne that holds up well alongside richer dishes.
