Bols has been distilling in Amsterdam since 1575, when the Bols family set up a small still called 't Lootsje — "the little shed" — on the outskirts of the city, making it the world's oldest distilled spirits brand still in operation today.
This lychee liqueur is the product of a dedicated extraction and distillation process built specifically to capture the fruit's delicate, fragrant character — sweet and faintly tart, with genuine floral lychee flavour rather than an artificial approximation.
