Belvedere takes its name from the Belweder Palace in Warsaw, the former residence of Poland's national leaders, and its production began in 1993 at the Polmos Żyrardów distillery — a facility that's been operating since 1910. To carry the official "Polska Wódka" designation, every stage of production, from grain to bottle, must take place entirely within Poland using only locally grown rye or potatoes, with no additives permitted.
Made from Dankowskie rye, a heritage Polish grain variety prized for its resilience and natural sweetness, it's distilled and rectified through a meticulous multi-column process, then rested with pure artesian well water for a smooth, structured character with notes of vanilla, almond, and white pepper.
Excellent in a clean Vodka Martini, or simply chilled and sipped neat alongside traditional Polish charcuterie.
