Title

A 70% Grenache 30% Cinsault blend that is dry, light and beautifully refreshing. Fresh fruit flavours and natural balancing acidity make this perfect for sunny days!

The domain of BOISSAN is located at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux. It is one of the oldest vineyards in the region. Christian and Cathy Bonfils have both come from families of winemakers for several generations.

The first winery was built in the XIX century, it was enlarged in 1898 and 1934. A new winery and storage was built in 1985, new aging cellars were born in the 2000s.

The Red, Rose and White Wines come from fifty hectares of vineyards spread over different terroirs belonging to the appellations villages or crus : Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Sablet, Seguret, Villedieu

It is in the town of Carpentras that the Ventoux are harvested. This geographical diversity offers staged seasons of maturity. Each terroir can thus offer a palette of flavors and affirm a personality specific to the wines of the Domaine.

The vineyard extends over 50 hectares with 3.2 hectares in Seguret, 2.5 hectares in wine from Pays de Vaucluse, 17 hectares in Sablet, 6 hectares in Ventoux, 3.5 hectares Vacqueyras, 9 hectares in Cotes du Rhone and 12 hectares in Gigondas.

The Domaine de Fontvive is located in Gigondas. Vinified and bottled at Domaine de Boissan, the Fontvive range enjoys the same quality and rigor in the selections and assemblies as the other appellations.

Catherine and Christian Bonfils work in a logic of respect for the terroirs.

White wines are certified organic, red wines are being converted.
